Sculpt Express brings you powerful Pilates sessions designed to strengthen, define, and energize — all in just about 15 minutes a day. Follow the 14-day sequence and feel the difference: efficient, effective, and totally achievable.

About the program

Welcome to Sculpt Express — a 14-day Pilates program designed for intermediate fitness levels. Each workout is around 15 minutes long, so you can fit it easily into your day while still seeing real results. Over two weeks, you’ll move through a variety of sessions: full-body flows, arms & shoulders, legs & glutes, core & back, HIIT Pilates, and gentle recovery/stretch days. All workouts are mat-based with optional 1 kg dumbbells used on Pilates Strength fusion workouts — or swap in a household item like a can of beans.
    Sculpt Express targets all the areas I want to tone, and I love that I don't need fancy equipment, just a mat and some household items.

    Do I need equipment?
    You’ll need a mat and light dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can use household items like cans of beans or filled water bottles as a substitute.
    How long are the workouts?
    Each session is between 12–17 minutes, designed to be short, effective, and fit into your day.
    What level is this program for?
    Sculpt Express is ideal for intermediate fitness levels, but the movements are adaptable for all abilities.
    Do I need prior Pilates experience?
    This program is designed for those with some Pilates familiarity, so ideally you’ll have practiced the foundations before starting. That said, if you’re eager to learn, you can still participate — just move at your own pace, focus on alignment and breath, and use modifications as needed.
    Can I do the workouts in any order?
    Yes, but for best results, we recommend following the 14-day sequence. It’s designed to gradually build strength, toning, and mobility.
